Getting a Crib!

Its official… a special long time A-list adult baby of mine has completed his piggie bank program and is presenting me with a full sized adult baby crib! I am placing the order tomorrow as soon as they open. Some of you may be wondering what I will do with the old toddler bed…well it has bars on it and its on wheels and with a little remodeling I think it is a perfect mental patient bed for a nasty cell room in the basement. But the new crib will be in my cozy high end nursery upstairs next to Mistress Mommy’s Room.

Wow, so like the shipping costs are insane for this! But the construction and the attention I am getting from the makers is great:) It is promised to be at my house by September 1 st.

Hopefully, Daddie will be able to make a beautiful matching highchair for the nursery too!
Okay, its September 4th (5th on the right coast). The suspense is killing me. Did the crib arrive?

DD, No the builders have had a series of delays. They have promised me a free highchair as a gesture of good will.. but I am not holding my breath after seeing how long this is taking. If I was not going on vacation this week for two weeks it would be delivered next week…so think earl October now.
Okay…now mid-October. Did these nare do well builders ever come through with the crib they promised?

I am fuming at the lack of honesty and professionalism regarding this crib purchase. I have it all documented in e-mails the promises and the excuses are endless. I still have no crib but I have a e-mailed copy of a invoice that it was shipped last week but the wrong contact info was purposely put into it so IF it is for real and in transit when it arrives they will be calling the builder to pick it up and not me. I discussed this with the Freight company and they are searching this. “DomDaddie” absitter@gmail.com (who has posted in this thread) has lied to me and said he corrected it but the Freight company says he has not.. and then he blocked me from calling his buisness phone… so I am going to get serious on Monday and take legal action. Any advice or help is sought. I never have had this happen in the 18 years I have bought mail order items from kinky businesses. So I am at a loss at how this could happen and how to fix it. But I do think I will sound an alarm and make sure everyone I know and the public venues I am known in … know that this man and his business is bogus. Then I need to pay back the money a generous A-list client gave me to purchase this… hopefully I can get Visa and PP to help me chase him down. I’m sorry you’re having such difficulty receiving your crib. I’ve had some email exchanges with these people, and some things just didn’t seem right to me. I was thinking about placing an order, but I guess I wont now. Thanks for the heads up. I hope you get resolution to this very soon.

I am at a loss for words. I despise the leeches of society who not only drain the funds out of well-meaning people, but their energy as well. By far not the smartest move given Your stature and status in the community.

Wow, Eisanna, I am so sorry to hear this. I have to tell you I’ve heard of a lot of similar problems from this outfit. When I first read that you were getting a crib from them I figured they would certainly bend over backward to provide you with excellent service - great PR opportunity for them, right?
Unfortunately, looks like you’ve encountered the same thing other peeps have. These folks (who go by various names) are Bad News!! Notorious creeps who prey on ABs/DLs and routinely use their website to solicit donations for bogus causes. Everything about them is fake. Sorry to see such a wonderful, trusting person have to go through this.

Thanks everyone. So yesterday ChristineTV did in fact get a call from the freight dock in the east bay that a 300 pound crate was there. I have asked her to open it and make sure it is ok. There is a possibility that I will have this by the weekend!
Dan, can you tell me where you learned about this outfit’s bad behavior? I did some research and was given recommendations on Boogles AB/DL mailing list. Which is where I am going to be making a review against them in a few days! They were “over flattering me” as a PR event for them throughout the process but I think what happens is they spend all their money as soon as they get it and then have to act Gunderson in Fargo and fudge things in the hopes they will get more money so they can build and ship previous orders. Their delay tactics seemed like a scene in Fargo!
Whoa…that’s great news Eisanna. Will keep my fingers crossed that all is in order. Love your Gunderson analogy. On a grader scale…Lehman Bros. comes to mind as well
I heard of their poor behavior through peeps who frequented a now defunct domestic/medical forum that I used to mod.

ROTFL… Dan no a least I didn’t get suckered into the undercoating…LOL.
So THANKS to ChristineTV and his large muscles and truck I not only have the crib it is set up and ready for use. No thanks to the jerks who made it… I have some mars to re-paint and we had to make our own slats for the matteress and he didn’t inform us that a regular twin mattress would be about 8 inches too short too. Arrghhhh. But it is so big and sturdy that you have to climb the stairs that came with it to get inside! And of course all the freebies he promised in many e-mails that he was going to ship with it as an apology for being 8 week overdue were not included.
Hey, that’s incredible news. Big round of appluase for ChristineTV. Sounds like they designed it for an X-Long Twin mattress. Sometimes called a dorm-size twin mattress, The twin XL is 39″ x 80″, 5″ longer than a standard twin.
In any event, congrats. How exciting.

The new crib is absolutely insane, I got into it to test it out the other day while EE was showing it to me and it really makes you feel small and helpless. Very twisted!

This crib is mind blowing! No one wants to end a session because it would mean climbing our of the crib! It’s so perfect for overnight sessions, for nap time, for forced Ab play… It’s everything you could want in a crib, mixed with a cage! I can’t wait to do a photo shoot with it!
